Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping Only (US Mainland): We ship exclusively to physical street addresses within the contiguous United States (US Mainland 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands, other US Territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international destinations.
When you place an order, shipping options and delivery estimates are calculated based on item weight, package dimensions, and carrier availability. All collectible products and trading cards are securely packaged using bubble wrap, protective rigid mailers, or heavy-duty boxes to guarantee pristine transit condition.
Shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping carriers we use, all package weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns & Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final: Strictly no refunds or returns on collectibles at all.
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, blind booster packs, factory-sealed boxes, and secondary market volatility, all sales of Pokémon cards, booster displays, booster bundles, single cards, sports cards, and collectible supplies are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been submitted.
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item due to a fulfillment error on our part, please Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and item received. We will resolve fulfillment discrepancies promptly.
Pre-Order Guidelines & Rules
Pre-Order Guidelines: No Refunds on Pre Orders.
All pre-orders are 100% final sale and non-refundable. Due to strict distributor allocations, supplier commitments, and market volatility, pre-orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once placed under any circumstances.
- Release Dates: Pre-order products ship promptly on or immediately following their official scheduled release date.
- Combined Shipments: Orders containing both in-stock items and pre-order items will be held and shipped together once all items in the order have arrived and are ready to ship. To receive in-stock items immediately, please place separate orders.
- Delivery Destination: Pre-orders ship strictly to contiguous US mainland addresses only.
